The only real difference between nmap and zenmap is that one runs on linux and the other runs on windows. But even that isn't really a difference, as nmap can be installed on windows. I suppose there might be some slight differences in the command syntax, but when it boils down to it, it just doesn't matter to me. I'm a refrigerator.
